How do I book a car with Steer?
To book a car log into the Steer app, choose your desired car type, select your rental dates and pickup location, and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation on your app and via email.
Can I modify my booking after it has been made?
Yes, you can modify your booking through the Steer app up until 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Changes include altering the rental duration, vehicle type, and pickup location.

What forms of payment does Steer accept?
Steer accepts a variety of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment platforms.
Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
No, Steer prides itself on transparency. All applicable fees are clearly disclosed at the time of booking. There are no hidden costs; what you see is what you pay.
Vehicle Pickup and Return
Where do I pick up/drop off my rented car?
The pickup/drop-off location will be specified in your booking confirmation. We have several convenient locations across major cities and airports in Saudi Arabia. In addition, you may select the delivery option which is provided by most of rental offices on our platform.
What is the process for returning the car?
Return the car to the designated location as per your rental agreement. Please ensure the car is refueled, clean, and undamaged to avoid additional charges.
Safety and Insurance
What happens if I have an accident?
In case of an accident ensure everyone's safety first, then contact local authorities and report the incident to the rental office immediately. All bookings have insurance but we encourage you to review your coverage details as outlined in your rental agreement.
Are there full coverage insurance?
Yes, some rental offices offer full coverage insurance which comes at additional fees.
