Welcome to GoSteer, the leading digital platform for car rentals, operated by Al-Masaar Al-Mubtakir Company, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration number 1010954819. This agreement, along with our privacy policy, governs your use of the GoSteer website and application. Accessing, registering for, or using our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms, which become effective and binding upon your use of our platform. We regularly update these terms and recommend reviewing them periodically. All car rental transactions conducted through GoSteer are subject to the specific terms set by individual rental companies.

These terms apply to all transactions and bookings made through GoSteer, including but not limited to our website and mobile application. You must fully understand and agree to the terms outlined before proceeding with any transactions.

Your use of GoSteer through bookings or other interactions constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. Confirmation of the booking serves as evidence of your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you need clarification on any part of this agreement or have questions about our services, our customer support team is available to assist you.

• GoSteer Platform/Platform/Site: Refers to all digital interfaces such as our website and mobile application, managed by GoSteer.

• User/Customer/Beneficiary/Renter: Refers to any individual or entity benefiting from our services or accessing and using the GoSteer platform, including making bookings and payments.

• Terms and Conditions/Agreement: This agreement concerning the terms of use that establishes the legally binding terms between you and GoSteer.

• Services: All car rental services and related services provided through the GoSteer platform.

• Rental Company: The car rental service provider you choose during the booking process on GoSteer.

• Pick-up/Drop-off: The scheduled times you select for picking up and returning the rented car.

To create an account on GoSteer, you must be over the age of 23 and hold a valid driving license for no less than three months from the date of receiving the car, or according to the rental company’s conditions which may allow renting cars under the age of 23. The license must be free of any restrictions, including criminal, legal, or financial. The account holder must provide the necessary personal data and documents to facilitate car bookings.

To proceed with booking on GoSteer, you must:

• Register in the "Absher" system (for citizens and residents).

• Provide an original personal identification or passport and driving license, both of which must be presented at the time of car pick-up. Documents must be valid for no less than three months from the date of pick-up and in good condition.

• Provide a credit card if requested by the rental company for insurance purposes in certain cases. The amount of the deposit will vary based on the type of vehicle and will be refunded upon returning the car in the same condition as received, minus any fees for damages or excess mileage.

The minimum age required for drivers is 23 years. Additional fees may apply to drivers under 23 or over 60 years of age. You will be informed of these fees during the booking process as determined by the rental company's policies.

Bookings are confirmed via an instant SMS to the mobile number registered on the platform or by updating the booking status on the platform. We reserve the right to verify the renter's eligibility with the rental company, which may include holding the booking amount on your credit card until confirmation is received from the rental company.

Users must provide complete, accurate, and legal information during the registration process and are responsible for updating their information in the event of any changes. GoSteer is not responsible for any errors that may affect the booking process or service delivery.

Users are obligated to update the information and data entered when any changes occur, and any errors in this information are your personal responsibility.

Additional fees may apply for services provided outside official working hours, such as airport pick-up during non-official hours. These fees are paid directly to the rental company, and we recommend reviewing the rental company's terms for specific details.

Adherence to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times is crucial. Non-compliance may result in unavailability of the vehicle, potential cancellation of the booking, and additional fees as specified by the rental company's policies.

The prices displayed at the time of booking include all standard costs associated with the car rental. Any additional fees, such as for excess mileage, special equipment/accessories, or insurance upgrades, will be clearly disclosed during the booking process and upon confirmation. GoSteer strives to ensure accurate pricing, but prices are subject to change due to unforeseen factors.

Some rental companies offer delivery and/or collection services from specific locations. Delivery fees may apply and will be included in your booking details. Please note that this service is not available at all locations or from all rental companies.

The rental period is calculated based on a 24-hour period from the time of pick-up to the time of return. If you wish to extend the rental period beyond the previously agreed duration, additional charges will apply according to the rental company's daily rate.

You can modify or cancel your booking through the GoSteer platform. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs depending on the changes made. Cancellations made within a specified period before the start of the rental may be eligible for a full refund; however, late cancellations may incur fees of up to one day’s rental cost.

The specific model or type of vehicle displayed at the time of booking is for reference only. GoSteer cannot guarantee the availability of a specific model and may provide a similar or upgraded model depending on availability.

Rental companies reserve the right to refuse service to any individual deemed unqualified to drive or who does not meet rental requirements. GoSteer is not responsible for refunds or compensation in such cases.

If you encounter any problems or wish to file a complaint, please contact our customer service immediately. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of returning the vehicle. GoSteer is committed to efficiently addressing and resolving complaints.

Your use of the GoSteer platform and any personal information you provide are subject to our privacy policy. We take all necessary measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws.

• Usage Restrictions: Users of the application/platform acknowledge using it only for legal purposes and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Governing Laws: This agreement and all related terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All users must comply with national laws while using the platform.

• Modification of Terms: GoSteer reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions according to legal changes or regulatory updates. Reviewing the agreement is the responsibility of the user.

• Enforceability: If any provision of this agreement is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under the law, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the agreement.

• Independence of Provisions: Each provision of this agreement is independent of the others, and if any provision is canceled or modified, the other provisions remain in effect.

User Responsibilities:

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the GoSteer platform, including local traffic laws. Users must maintain the rented vehicle in good condition and not use it for any illegal or harmful purposes.

• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any breach of privacy.

GoSteer Responsibilities:

GoSteer strives to provide accurate information and facilitate smooth rental processes. However, GoSteer is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by rental companies or circumstances beyond its control.

• Insurance: Users must comply with the insurance terms provided by rental companies. Additional insurance may be required in some cases.

• Maintenance and Damages: Users are responsible for any damage incurred to the rented vehicle during the rental period. Users must report any damage or technical issues immediately upon discovery.

GoSteer reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account who violates these terms or acts inappropriately or unlawfully.

In the event of a dispute between the user and GoSteer, an attempt will be made to resolve it amicably first. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
